some files: added the possibility to work _without_ plug-in for people experiencing problems with them. It is now possible to have form and list views and gaby file format embedded in the program (it will still try to use dynamic linking for other plug-ins). There is a drawback : no more configure boxes for the form view (list view and gaby format didn't have configure options so it is not a problem for them). This option is enabled using ./configure --enable-miguel-wishes (the name will change :) )
